We’ve spent a lot of time over the past few winters delivering event hire for Christmas parties throughout the region and with this in mind we’ve put together some pointers to help you get the biggest bang for your buck.
Christmas Party Glass Hire
If you’re hosting a Christmas Party then it’s almost inevitable that you’ll have some kind of drinks on offer. Whether it’s a spot of bubbly to toast another year of great sales, a round of beers as a group of friends or even a cocktail soiree, having the right kinds of glasses for your event is key.
At Chiltern Catering and Event Hire we have a huge range of glasses on offer for all kinds of drinks. You can choose from Saxon Savoie or Michelangelo for wine and champagne, while we have various kinds of beer glass available to suit ale and lager drinkers.
You don’t even have to worry about washing up while hungover afterwards with our “send it back dirty” service. All you have to do is to empty the liquid out of the glasses, put them back in the crates they were delivered in and we’ll do the rest at our warehouse. This is especially useful for preventing breakages, potentially saving you more money in the process.
Christmas Party Furniture Hire
One of our big hits for Christmas party hire this year has been our range of LED furniture hire. Whether it be colour changing or a solid colour to reflect an aesthetic, LED furniture adds another dimension to the way your party looks. From LED bar hire to LED seating, we’ve got everything you need to light your party up.
All of our LED furniture hire comes with a built-in battery that lasts for eight hours. It’s supplied with a charger so you can recharge batteries while the furniture is not in use, and a remote control so you can change the colours of the furniture at will.

Christmas Party Hire Delivery and Collection
It’s not hard to believe that this is a busy time of year for us. Delivery and collections slots can fill up rapidly in the run up to Christmas and as such it’s important to get your order in early to make sure we can fill it. There are some important things to remember about delivery and collection:
- We deliver Christmas Party Hire from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week – so if you need a delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, don’t worry.
- If you want to collect Christmas Party hire from us that is only possible from our central warehouse in Nechells, Birmingham. Our warehouse is open from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday. If you want to collect from there you will need to visit our Birmingham site at www.birminghamcateringhire.com.
- Our last day for deliveries and collections is Saturday December 22 – after that, we’re closed for the holidays until January 7.
If you’re ordering less than a week prior to your event, it’s also imperative you call our office on 0800 910 1013, to ensure the stock and delivery/collection slots are available.
