Find out how our cancellation policies work now that coronavirus restrictions have mostly been eased off, and what we will do in the unlikely event they are reintroduced.

With restrictions now completely lifted in England, we are hopeful that the events industry will return to normal and that there will be no further issues with events being held. For orders in Wales we’re hopeful restrictions will be lifted on August 7 and that things there will also hopefully return to how they once were.

We must make it clear that we can now only reschedule orders if government restrictions are reintroduced; we strongly advise any customer to have insurance in place for their event wherever possible.

We also must make it clear that we cannot offer full refunds if an order is cancelled. If you need to cancel an order please email and we will process your cancellation.

If an order is cancelled more than 28 days prior to delivery, we can offer a 75% refund

If an order is cancelled between 7 and 28 days prior to delivery, we can offer a 50% refund

We are unable to offer any refunds for orders cancelled less than seven days before delivery.

The relaxation of restrictions has meant for a flurry of events being planned and we are very stretched for availability until September. We’re mindful that our staff still may be asked to self-isolate and as such we’re limiting orders taken to ensure we can serve our customers in the best way possible. With this in mind, we ask our customers to place orders with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
