Cups and saucers are one of the cornerstones of our crockery hire offering. Whether it’s simple stacking cups to serve tea and coffee in, or specialised cups for espressos and cappuccinos, we’ve got what you need.

Choosing the cup hire you need for your event

Our stacking cups are perfect for any event where tea and coffee are being served. They’re durable and compact yet are also offer a simple style that looks elegant in any situation. They stack up to make them easy to store and move and come with matching saucers.

If you’re serving cappuccinos and espressos, then you will need specialised crockery. Our cappuccino cups offer a wide curved bowl to help the drink maintain froth for longer, while the espresso cups are perfect for single and double shot drinks. Both of these also have matching saucers.

Do I need to clean cups and saucers for hire before they are collected?

Nobody wants to wash up crockery hire after a big event or occasion. However, from our experience of delivering crockery hire to Milton Keynes and the surrounding area we've found it's while cleaning most breakages happen.

This is why we have made it mandatory for all crockery items to have the send it back dirty option added at checkout. All you need to do when your event is over is to scrape food debris from your plates, bowls etc and to empty them of liquid before repacking them in the packing crates. We'll look after the rest for you.

How does delivery of cup and saucers for hire work?

All of our cups and saucers are cleaned and checked prior to dispatch. We pack them into our branded boxes with bubble wrap to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. However, we do recommend that you order a few extra cups and saucers to what you require, just in case the unexpected happens in transit.
