Does speciality crockery hire need to be cleaned before it is returned?

Nobody wants to wash up crockery hire after a big event or occasion. However, from our experience of delivering crockery hire to Milton Keynes and the surrounding area we've found it's while cleaning most breakages happen.

This is why we have made it mandatory for all crockery items to have the send it back dirty option added at checkout. All you need to do when your event is over is to scrape food debris from your plates, bowls etc and to empty them of liquid before repacking them in the packing crates. We'll look after the rest for you.

How does delivery of speciality crockery hire work?

All of our speciality crockery hire items are cleaned and checked before we dispatch them. We use branded packing boxes and plenty of bubble wrap to make sure they reach you in tip-top condition. However, we know from experience the unexpected can happen in transit and as such we always recommend adding a couple of extras in to ensure mishaps can’t ruin an event.
